Playing

How do I move?

Drag low on the screen to steer the lead snowman. The squad follows his trail and throws snowballs on its own. Tap the bauble button for gadgets.

Why is my snowman getting smaller?

Size is health. Heat melts snowmen smaller; walk through sparkling fresh snow to regrow. Each step of regrowth uses up some of the snow.

A snowman melted. Is he gone?

No. Stand on his puddle to rebuild him during the mission. Melted veterans refreeze in the Freezer back at the Igloo over time.

How do I get more snowmen?

Push a snowball through fresh snow to roll a new recruit.

When do advent calendar doors open?

One door each day from 1 to 24 December, by the date on your device.

Progress and devices

Is my progress saved?

Yes, on your device, and in your Apple account (iCloud) on iPhone and iPad or your Google account (Play Games saved games) on Android [confirm both ship in version 1].

I have a new phone. How do I keep my progress?

Sign in to the same Apple ID (iCloud) or Google Play Games account on the new device, install Snowman 3000 and open it. Progress can't move between iOS and Android.

I reinstalled the game and my progress is gone.

Check you're signed in to the same iCloud or Play Games account as before, then reopen the game. If that doesn't help, email us.

Purchases

How do I restore my purchases?

Purchases that last, like Remove Ads and the Golden Gala set, are linked to your Apple ID or Google account. Use Restore Purchases in the game's Settings while signed in to the same account.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds come from them:

• App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com

What's in an accessory crate?

A random accessory. Crates are free: they come from daily ops, daily orders, the advent calendar and rewarded ads in the shop. The game shows the odds for every rarity before you open one.

What does Remove Ads remove?

The ads between missions. Rewarded ads, which you choose to watch for a bonus, stay available.

Privacy

Read the Snowman 3000 privacy policy.

• Change your ad choices: in the game's Settings, under [Privacy options: confirm the label] (shown where the law requires it).
• Tracking on iPhone and iPad: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Notifications: the game's Settings, or your device's notification settings.
• Delete your data: uninstalling removes what's stored on your device. To ask us and our partners to delete the rest, email hello@crabware.dev.
